- Dan has 40 years of management experience in both large and small organizations, in fields ranging from government, school districts and local utilities to manufacturing, logistics and retail. He has spent 25 years in IT, strategic planning, business processes, solid budgeting and out of the box thinking for competitive advantage and building the most secure, robust and flexible systems possible.
- Dan has led dozens and dozens of successful projects, business process analysis, and implementations from multi-year organization wide IT systems implementations, to projects like thousands of remote workstation deployments during covid, many business system conversions, database management and tune-ups, website development, and new software developments using iterative, waterfall, Agile and combination software development lifecycles.
